Pangamut – Empty Hands

They are grouped into the areas called Panantukan or Suntukan which is the Filipino Boxing/Fist Fighting aspect of the art.

Pananjakman/Sikaran/Sipa are the low line kicking techniques.

Dumog is the Filipino grappling/wrestling aspect with the emphasis being on standing grappling techniques such as unbalancing, choking, locking, breaking, sweeps, throws, trips and takedowns.

The footwork, striking and blocking that you do with the weapons, you can execute with the empty hand techniques as they all synergise and blend in with each other.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
